Practice Areas

We are a law firm specializing in residential and commercial construction defect litigation. Our focus is on failures in the original construction of the building and owner expectation for issues related to:

  • SITE CONDITIONS, water seeping into home at ground level, ponding of water around house after rain and erosion of landscape areas.
  • FOUNDATION AND SUBGRADE PROBLEMS, below grade water intrusion and settlement.
  • BUILDING FAILURES, including water leaks from roofs, windows, balconies, water entry at doors and traffic decks
  • STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS, lateral load (earthquake) and support systems.
  • BUILDING CODE ANALYSIS, verification of regulations and requirements.
  • REPLACEMENT COST appraisals, quantity surveys of material, cost effective solutions.
  • STANDARDS OF WORKMANSHIP, professional practice, analysis of design and construction team responsibilities.
We use the latest state-of-the-art computer hardware and software for effective case management, document and exhibit preparation. It is our goal to be proactive to help resolve questions of causation and liability and by communicating the significance of the evidence to non-technical persons. We fight for what we believe is right.
