Though I have been a mediator and believe in mediation and the settlement of cases, mediation has not proven to be the way to resolve conflicts quickly. To resolve cases a plaintiff must prepare for and be ever ready to proceed to trial. My background in construction and in construction defect disputes gives me a edge in working with the experts to establish the scope of damages, the means and methods of repair and the costs to make those repairs. These skills are of paramount importance in order to prepare a case for trial and/or facilitate settlement.
